Mandatory: * Proficient in the following Oracle Application modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory and Order Management in order to provide on-going post production and upgrade support.

* At least two years experience in Oracle Applications release 11i Desirable:

* Knowledgeable in encumbrance accounting (as it relates to Purchasing)

1. Successful implementation of public sector financials within the last two years.

2. Knowledge of Oracle Discoverer; Oracle reports 6i.

3. Experience in business process re-engineering at a large organization.
