SOX COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of the position is to coordinate, execute and report on
Sarbanes Oxley 404 Project SOX404 internal control environment tests and
documentation. The actions necessary to coordinate execute the testing include,
but are not limited to, interpretation of the testing protocol, acquiring the
test sample using correct auditing protocol, evaluation of the test sample
using the stated control objectives, identification of operating gaps, and
fully documenting the test activity to sustain repeatability. Reporting for
program status via updates published in the OneFSS web site and by submissions
of information to the Program Management Office is a key ongoing deliverable.
The position will be involved in working with the current process and controls
documentation to align the information into a consistent format and content
level, incorporate learning fromprior test cycles into suggested control
updates, including identification and surfacing of perceived gaps in
documentation as well as coordination of documents in support of design
effectiveness walk through reviews with external auditors.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
