Secretary III

SSI, a respected organization that provides management solutions to government agencies, is currently seeking mid to senior level Secretary for a government assignment.

 

Job Description

Handles differing situations, problems, and deviations in the work of the office according to the supervisor?s general instructions, priorities, duties, policies, and program goals.  Screens telephone calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence.  Arrange and prepares for conferences and establishes background materials as directed.  Attends meetings to record and report on the proceedings.  Familiar with Field concepts, practices, and procedures.  May direct and lead the work of others. 

 

Job Qualifications

 High school or general equivalency diploma, or equivalent experience, and 3-5 year's experience in the administrative or related field required Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Familiar with Government office proceduresMust be proficient in use of desktop computers, copies, fax machines, telephones, and printersPrior experience with upper level management and executives
