DSD Laboratories has an immediate opening for a senior A/C maintenance functional analyst to support the Enhance Maintenance Operations Center (EMOC) Program at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery AL. Individual needs to have resent (within the last 3 to 5 years) experience with maintenance operations. Position responsibilities include operational field customer support (level 2 HelpDesk), unit and functional testing, capabilities planning and analysis, evaluate customer requirements, and support EMOC user manual development. Other tasks include develop and present reports and briefings, use of automated test tools, and development of test scripts. Knowledge of Remedy and DOORS software products would be extremely helpful.
