Senior Contract Specialist
Government Contract Solutions, Inc. (GCS), a rapidly growing government contracting firm in Vienna, VA has immediate openings for senior level Contract and Acquisition Specialists for short and long-term projects with various Federal government agencies in the metro DC area. GCS is the premier provider of contract and acquisition support services to both DoD and civilian agencies.
Required Skills:
GS-1102 background - current, former and retired Federal employees. 10+ years of experience in government contracts and acquisition. Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFAR. Experience with various contract types and cradle-to-grave functionality. Familiarity with formulating and drafting federal acquisition policy and procedures desired. Proficient in preparing Requests for Proposal (RFP), writing Statements of Work (SOW), Delivery Orders and Modifications. Strong ability to work with interdisciplinary functional acquisition teams. DAWIA certification desired. May require security clearance.
