US Army Joint SOF Curriculum Developer

Direct support to the CGSC CAC SOF Cell.? Duties and responsibilities include the design and development SOF curriculum, courseware, training support packets (TSPs) and knowledge resources for life long leader learning.? This support includes designing and developing scenarios and course module exercises that enable students to demonstrate mastery of competencies in SOF matters.? Design, develop and oversee curriculum analysis and assessment plans for PME and JPME courses to ensure proper SOF integration.? Coordinate with SOF agencies to support the development of SOF Education/Leader Development with the priority of support (in order) to Intermediate Level Education (ILE), Digital Leader Development Center (DLDC), School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), School For Command Preparation (SCP), and the Battle Command Training Program (BCTP).? Perform as liaison and interact with faculty of colleges and universities which deal with national security affairs, international relations, and military operational arts, to exchange concepts and ideas of mutual benefit, test the relevance and quality of CGSC instruction, and to project CGSC contributions to national security.? Be able to assume the role as adjunct SOF faculty if required.

US Army Special ?Forces Experience, Joint Specialty Officer, JPMEII Qualifications, Experience and or qualifications in Adult Education, Experience and or qualifications in curriculum and courseware development.? Operational experience in a Theater SOC, JSOTF/CJSOTF, JTF, JFLCC, ARFOR, ASCC, Interagency or Multinational Headquarters experience Operational or Tactical experience in crises or war graduate of intermediate Service School MEL IV in residence or by alternative means.
