Major Client located in Downtown NYC currently has a need for a skilled Windows LAN Administrator.

Candidate must have substantial experience with:

--Microsoft Windows 2000/2003

--MS-Exchange 2000/2003 Enterprise Edition

--Corporate networks utilizing windows 2003 active directory, group policies, remote administration

--Corporate backups and restore utilizing VERITAS Net backup and Backup Exec,

--System troubleshooting and performance tuning.

--TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and WINS infrastructure in a large corporate environment

--Level II/III user support (File Share and permissions, Outlook 2003, Microsoft Office, Windows XP)

Qualified candidates who also have the following experience will be preferred:

--Software distribution & packaging using Alteris

--EMC SAN/NAS environment

--Windows scripting

--Support AS/400 5250 terminal emulation

--IBM Mainframe 3270 terminal emulation

--Microsoft Windows 2003 in an Enterprise environment consisting of no less than 7000 XP clients and 150 back-end
