The AR-Biller??is responsible for providing billing support for over 40 skilled nursing and related facilities.? In addition the AR-Biller will act as a liaison to assigned Nexion locations and interact with Business Office Managers daily to resolve AR issues.

Duties will include (but not limited to): Submitting claims Verify resident benefits Analysis of Aging ReportsCollecting on outstanding AR balances Special projects as assigned.Provide assistance in other areas of accounts receivable department as necessary.

Requirements

Minimum 3 Years Experience billing Medicaid/Medicare in a Long Term Care setting

Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel

Detail oriented

Basic general accounting experience required

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Understanding of basic accounts receivable principles.

Familiar with EOB, UB92, ICD9 codes, CPT codes
