HQM is currently seeking a dynamic and committed professional to lead and direct the overall operations of our facility, Lee County Care & Rehabilitation Center based in Beattyville, Kentucky.

 

The main focus will be addressing our customer needs, government regulations and company policies, concentrating on maintaining excellent care for our residents and achieving the facility's business objectives.

 

Essential functions:

Facility Management

Compliance Management

Facility Staffing and Retention

Business Management

Marketing and Revenue Management

Community Relations

Ensure confidentiality, safety and every other aspect that enhances the resident's well being

 

Qualifications:

Current/active state Nursing Home Administrator's license for Kentucky

Detailed and organized work habits

Excellent communication skills and computer literate

Must be exhibit sound judgment making skills along with patience and self-discipline

Strong analytical and business skills

 

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

Moderate physical activity.  Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and or walking for more than four(4) hours per day.

Assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations

Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies.

Meet general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility, which may include a medical and physical examination.

Relate to and work with the ill, disables, elderly, emotionall upset and at times hostile people within the facility.
