Area Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
? Total P&L for the area including expenditures, asset equipment utilization and inventory levels to ensure maximum profit, along with development of annual budgets
? Branch and Department Manager supervision and staff development
? Support of sales efforts including contract proposals, relationship management, and development of new sales strategies
? Coordinate quality delivery of a full range of respiratory and home medical equipment
? Implement office procedures/controls to ensure effective operation of all areas, such as customer service and distribution

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years management experience; strong understanding of P&L and distribution management; multi-site operations experience; working knowledge of operational areas including customer service and sales; extensive knowledge of governmental regulations; and excellent communication, follow-up and presentation skills.
