BUSINESS ANALYST, SR

Responsibilities: Patient Care Services (PCS) Management Systems provides review, analysis, and evaluation of management data, systems and programs to support the leadership of PCS in assuring effective decision-making and optimum utilization of personnel, material, and financial resources. The Senior Business Analyst provides advanced-level analysis and reports that support clinical and operational programs and activities; works independently to design and create databases, document data requirements and develop data reporting systems; demonstrates initiative and creativity in accessing, aggregating and analyzing data; and provides support to customers and colleagues in managing and interpreting data. This requires the ability to works collaboratively with all levels of hospital employees in systematic problem solving and innovative thinking; attention to detail; customer focus and excellent communication; and a tolerance for ambiguity, changing priorities and unexpected events.
