Billing Manager (Medical)

Rapidly growing, quality-oriented, technology-rich ENT practice located in Alexandria, VA seeks an energetic and detailed oriented Billing Manager. We are an extremely fast paced medical office providing only the best medical care.

This individual will be responsible for the day to day billing operations of the practice through a hands-on approach. This individual must understand the entire billing cycle; supervise the daily operations of the billing department; manage personnel and expenses; monitor billing and A/R functions and compile management reports.

We have just converted to an Electronic Medical Record so there are no charts to chase around! Having an EMR makes life much easier with the billing process!

Requirements include:
Physician Office Billing Management Experience
Strong computer skills
Familiarity with compliance, healthcare regulatory agencies.
Comprehension of medical office business functions and a positive, flexible attitude.
Physician Credentialing
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) a plus
Understanding and use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
