Business Manager/Controller

A fast growing medical supply company, headquartered in Hackensack, NJ, is seeking an experienced individual with strong financial and business development background. The company started three years ago with sales increasing in various States across the country.  Ideal experience includes monthly preparation of financial statements, P&L reviews, monthly consolidations, budget planning and general accounting (A/R, A/P, etc.). This position is responsible for analyzing and organizing office operations and procedures, preparation of payrolls, information management, filing systems, requistion of supplies and preparation of activity reports for management guidance. 

Reporting to the  President, the overall duties cover the finance, sales administration, operations and logistics aspects of the company. Ability to analyze budget request to identify areas of opportunities is key.

Prior work experience in the medical supply industry, especially in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) field is a big plus.  Also, working with start-up operations and/or P&L sites is very helpful.
