Due to growth, Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO), one of the largest general and sub-specialty orthopedic groups in the country, has a new Business Office Director opportunity. TCO has over 70 physicians and 400 employees working in our 18+ metro clinics and Business Center (in St. Louis Park).

 

The Business Office Director will supervise the operations of a highly successful centralized medical billing office. Responsibilities include leading, planning, coordinating and managing the revenue cycle. The following departments report to this position: Coding & Data Entry; Billing & Reimbursement; Billing Quality Control; Pre-Registration & Customer Service; and Credentialing.

 

Requirements: Related bachelor?s degree; a minimum of five years experience in business office management within a physician practice; extensive knowledge of AR management, third party payor regulations, CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding and federal billing regulations; strong leadership skills; ability to analyze, interrupt, prepare and communicate complex data and reports; strong computer skills; and extensive comprehension of IT function.
