Join our team as a Business Office Manager, and you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will work to manage the operations of the Fair Acres Business Office. Candidate must live in Delaware County, PA area or be willing to move into the county upon employment (relocation package is not available).



A successful candidate will have:

? Five years experience in managing a business office in a nursing facility

? BS degree in accounting

? Staff supervisory experience

? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and with a team

? Understanding of the Pennsylvania Medical Assistance Program, including the application process and Medical Assistance eligibility determination

? Medical billing experience with strong knowledge of Medicare, Medical Assistance and other insurance plans

? Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
