The Opportunity

Healix has immediate opportunity for a Client Billing Manager/Analyst to join our Business Office team. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following duties:Build and Maintain Billing System Master FilesConstruct and Maintain Client Billing System Report LibrariesDevelop Reporting Standards for Business UsersPerform Audits of Billing Systems and Clinical Charge Capture SystemsEnsure Downstream Billing Systems Accurately Captures Charges Related to Clinical ServicesVerify Accuracy of Billing Edits and Edit ReportsEstablish Billing Flows to Properly Distribute Workloads for Multiple Weekly Billing CyclesPerforms On-Going Training of StaffAssist with Problem ResolutionAssist with Maintenance of Client Contracts in Charge Capture and Billing SystemsAssist with Preparation of semi-monthly and monthly reportsAssist with Special Projects Reporting from Department

 

QualificationsBachelor's degree or commensurate experience  3+ Years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare billing

   environment  Strong analytical and communication skills  Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access, and Crystal Reports  Experience with SQL, a plus
