Our Program/Reimbursement Specialists answers inquiries from physician offices and patients; researche coverage for prescription products by contacting insurers; maintain database; and, communicate with physicians and patients by phone and fax.

Typical working hours are within the period of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday.REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: Strong customer service skills and professional telephone manner are required. Also needed are customer service skills; accurate data entry; good communication skills; good time management and ability to prioritize; and, organizational skills. Previous experience in physician office, other healthcare setting, or insurance background preferred. Previous experience with on-line claim transmission a plus.

Education: College degree is preferred, equivalent experience is accepted.

Experience: Previous 1+ years of experience in a physician's office, healthcare setting, and/or insurance background preferred.
