This position is responsible for all patient flow issues. This includes, but is not limited to: checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, triaging calls, researching patient issues, and directing patients for proper assistance.
High School diploma or equivalent. Keyboarding skills with ability to type 40 wpm. Medical Terminology knowledge preferred. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize. Spanish speaking strongly preferred. Customer service experience strongly preferred.
