Client Services Manager

Client Service Manager for Health Care Management company based in Brentwood, TN is seeking an individual with proven abilities to provide account management services to client base. This position is responsible for meeting client objectives by managing operations, performing related client commitments and ensuring delivery at the highest levels of quality as well as resolving and maintaining customer satisfaction while performing corporate development initiatives and marketing activities.

Qualifications and Experience Minimum 5+ years experience in service and account management in a the Healthcare industry High level of proficiency/skill with Microsoft Office Suite; Desktop publishing and Excel Team player with ability to work independently Strong oral and written communications skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results driven atmosphere Rapport with clients. Build relationships and create reference-able interactions Analytical skills. Ability to analyze business drivers, perform cost/benefit analysis and quantify impact of new initiatives Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail Highly motivated, ambitious and energetic Willing to create internal change and create/improve process Knowledge of PPS, coding and billing, Medicare rules and regulations or coding knowledge a plus. Experience managing clients or accounts a plus


Compensation includes $35,000 to $40,000 salary DOE plus full benefits after 90 days.
