Compensation Manager

 

We are currently seeking Compensation Manager for Patient Financial Services located at our corporate office in Dallas, Texas.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Counsel, assist and support Patient Financial Services in the design, implementation, cost impact analysis, and ongoing management of base pay, premium pay, incentive and bonus plans and ancillary compensation programs.  Complete an annual competitive analysis to determine overall competitiveness of salary structures, base pay and total cash compensation, and perform periodic reviews for specific jobs as needed throughout the year.Makes recommendations to senior management based on assessment. Develops and maintains compensation guidelines and ensures adherence to guidelines.Participates in the development, testing and implementation of systems to support PFS's compensation programs.Qualifications include:Bachelors degree in Business or Human Resources required.Masters degree in Business or Human Resources preferred. Seven years minimum compensation experience required with emphasis on incentive plan design and administration.  Prior experience in a management position a plus.Experience in call center or financial organization preferred.Experience  in health care a plus.Experience with creation, maintenance, and support of databases and spreadsheets required.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, look-up tables) preferred. Experience with Mercer PRISM or similar market pricing software preferred.CCP or progress towards completion of CCP preferred.
