Corporate Manager, Compensation

The Catholic Health System, an integrated Health Care System comprised of four (4) Acute Care Hospitals, eight (8) Skilled Nursing Facilities, two (2) Adult Homes, three (3) Home Care Programs, nine (9) Diagnostic & Treatment Centers, twelve (12) Primary Care Centers, one (1) Freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center, Rehab Care, Behavioral Health, Mission on the Move & Community Health Education service lines employing over 8,300 associates and over 1,500 affiliated physicians, has available the position of Corporate Manager, Compensation within its Corporate HR group.  This position would be responsible for planning, developing and implementing compensation programs, policies and procedures for the system.  In addition, this position will oversee all compensation auditing and reporting related initiatives. A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field required.  Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification strongly preferred.  A minimum of five (5) ? ten (10) years of compensation work experience required.  A minimum of three (3) ? five (5) years of direct supervisory experience required.  Qualified applicants should apply in confidence to the CHS website at www.chsbuffalo.org or e-mail your resume to tpappas@chsbuffalo.org .
