Descripci?n de Responsabilidades:

 

El representante de Servicio al Cliente es responsable de ofrecer servicio a los clientes referidos de la Compa??a.

 

Reportando A: El Director de Servicio al Cliente

 

Personas a Supervisar:  Ninguna

 

Responsabilidades de el Representante de Servicio al Cliente:

 Representar la Compa??a de una manera cort?s y profesional en toda interacci?n con los clientes. Comunicarle al cliente la informaci?n necesaria para el env?o de sus productos. Buscar la soluci?n correcta a los reclamos de los clientes, tomar medidas. correctivas y hacerle seguimiento a los resultados. Establece y mantener al d?a la informaci?n de los clientes en sus archivos. Mantener comunicaci?n con el departamento de facturaci?n para asegurarse de un correcto env?o de las facturas a las compa??as de seguros, otras empresas y clientes por los productos enviados. Participar en encuestas requeridas. Participar en reuniones de la Compa??a cuando se requiera. Participar en programas de educaci?n continuada propios a las responsabilidades de el trabajo. Colaborar con otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor.

 

Horario:  9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.  (30 minutos para el almuerzo)

 

Ofrecemos:  $10 d?lares por hora
