You will be providing administrative support for a busy specialty practice in Farmington. This is a full time position in a highly professional, friendly atmosphere.

Duties include, but are not limited to, handling telephone calls from patients and doctors offices, greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, collection of payments from patients, insurance claim submission, chart preparation and filing, and general office duties.

Essential skills:Poses a pleasant personality with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude and demeanor Team players who takes initiative to assist others when needed. Pro active and creative thinker. Ability to work under stress and deal with demanding customers at times. Strong multitasking, prioritizing and organizational skills. Enjoy helping others. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Available to work overtime if necessary.

Qualifications:Basic knowledge of health care and / or insurance industry. Basic computer and typing skills. Dental or medical office experience is a plus.
