Director of Intake and Reimbursement

We are seeking a Director of Intake and Reimbursement at our regional offices in Tampa Florida. This individual will provide leadership, training, and supervision to our team of Customer Service Representatives. The Director will be responsible for ensuring that our staff maintains positive working relationships with our referral sources; will provide oversight to the authorization and utilization of pharmacy services; will work with Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate filing of all claims; will provide support to our marketing staff thru effective communication with hospital discharge planners and physicians; will implement a performance improvement plan for the department.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of Infusion Pharmacy Intake/Reimbursement Experience
RN or LPN degree preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Medicare Part B and D
Clinical Infusion experience a plus
Proven track record of managerial success
