Reports To: Therapy Partners Board
Summary:
Therapy Partners, Inc. is a managed services organization that provides physical therapy service contracting, appointment scheduling, billing and collection services to its member clinics. The Director of Operations is responsible for the oversight and direction of all corporate activities relating to effective and efficient operations of the above activities at the central business office. The Director of Operations interfaces with, and oversees the activities of, staff at member clinics to ensure efficiency of business office processes. Furthermore, the Director of Operations works closely with and provides financial information to member practices. The Director of Operations reports directly to the Therapy Partners board of directors.
Critical Skill Requirements:
? Strong human resources management skills and experience
? Strong leadership and team building skills; willingness to work closely with teams of diverse levels of responsibility
? Strong financial analysis and operations management skills and experience
? Advanced skill in Microsoft Office software
? Advanced skill in generating custom reports from database using reporting software (e.g., Crystal Reports or similar software)
? Advanced understanding of and strong hands-on experience working with information systems, including networks, Internet VPNs, hardware and software applications used in medical service delivery businesses
? Strong understanding of and experience in health care regulatory compliance
? Experience building relationships and negotiating contracts with third party payors
? Experience in Twin Cities market preferred
Education/Training/Licensure:
? Degree in business/healthcare administration/finance/operations or related field. Masters in Business Administration and/or Healthcare Administration preferred.
? Minimum five years of progressive healthcare management experience, preferably at a senior-management level in a group practice/private practice setting; or mid-level management position in a corporate or healthcare system environment.
