Director of Patient Financial Services

For quality facilities and quality careers, Norwalk Hospital is lower Fairfield County's Hospital of Choice! We seek an individual to have overall responsibility for Patient Access (Centralized Scheduling, Registration, and Credit), and Patient Billing and Collection including denial management.

A solid combination of analytical skills, adept at process flow and system analysis as well as interpersonal skills necessary to continually motivate employees to achieve the desired objectives a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience in healthcare patient financial services; and detailed knowledge of hospital patient financial systems processes and capabilities. While specific knowledge of the Eclipsys Sunrise Patient Financial Management System would be helpful, it is not required. A Bachelors Degree with emphasis in finance or accounting is preferred.
