EDI Coordinator (Support)
Must be a U.S Citizen. This is a support position, not a programming role.
The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Coordinator provides continuous support concerning electronic commerce documents and coordinates the electronic flow of information between the company and its trading partners.
The EDI Coordinator should have the basic understanding of EDI documents and how they are used in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
?Experience with EDI standards and the following document types preferred; 850, 810, 820, 852, and 855
?Ensure document transmissions occur as required by business schedules.
?Troubleshoot any missing or inaccurate transactions between trading partners.
?Investigate and resolve EDI testing and production problems.
?Maintain vendor and trading partner EDI information
?Work with Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Vendors to bring trading partners on board.
Job Requirements:
?Be able to handle, calmly, multiple tasks at one time in a very fast paced environment.
?Ability to work within a team to meet goals and objectives.
?Strong PC and analytical skills
?Exceptional communication skills, oral, written and telephone
