EMS Billing Software Support Specialist

Are you exploring ways to leverage your knowledge of medical billing systems in an exciting new way?  Do you have excellent customer service skills and a strong "knack" for computers and computer programs?  If so, we'd like to hear from you.  ZOLL Data Systems is the industry leader in EMS Billing, Dispatch, and Field Data computer solutions and we're looking to add a member to our Billing support team. 

   

In this role, you will be responsible for providing phone support to Billing Specialists in the field.  You will be responsible for solving and resolving complex functional issues as well as sophisticated technical issues.  In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess superior customer service skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and be able to thrive in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.  You also will have to have a very strong PC computer background (Assoc Degree preferred) as you'll be dealing with issues such as network connectivity, SQL queries, and telecommunications.
