Financial Case Management Manager-Spokane

The Washington/Montana Region is actively seeking professional finance and revenue cycle management staff.?

We are actively seeking experienced applicants for the position of Financial Case Management Manager in - Spokane, Washington.? This unique opportunity combines financial case management and chargemaster skills.?

Primary responsibilities include:
Develop, maintain, monitor and make changes to the Chargemaster. Conduct research, manage Chargemaster compliance, act as Consultant to departments in identifying charge opportunities and assist department with budgets and charge procedures.? Coordinate work processes with department systems, ensuring interfaces are accurate.

Oversee the auditor/analyst function involving service capture and billing audits, both concurrent and retroactive to the billing process. Manage audit/analysis of service department charge and reconciliation processes.? Track, trend and report audit findings to service department management. Recommend areas for streamlining, and standardizing best practices.??

The Financial Case Management Manager reports to the Regional Director, Revenue Cycle Management, who is located in Renton, Washington.


Required Skills:
Candidates must have a Bachelor degree in Applied Science, Business, Finance, or related field.? Additional training or certification in Health Information Technology is desired.? The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in patient accounting, billing, government regulatory requirements, chargemaster management, and patient record/account auditing.? Three years of supervisory experience required.? Prior experience in multi-facility Business Services is preferred.? Experience in Health Information Management is preferred.? Any combination of education and experience that provides the employee with the knowledge, skill and ability to perform the job will be considered.??
