FINANCIAL COUNSELOR:

 

This is a full time position based in our Quincy location with possible occasional travel to Brookline or Waltham.  The successful candidate should be familiar with all Massachusetts health insurances, must have experience in dealing with patients and be highly organized.  Strong communication skills and a "team player" attitude are highly desirable qualities.  The financial counselor at Boston IVF meets with patients to discuss financial responsibility and facilitiate infertility insurance authorizations as well as handling patient inquiries concerning insurance or fees.
