FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

 

GI and surgical group is seeking a well trained front office coordinator for a very busy practice in Dallas, Texas.  Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and working knowledge of managed care, medical billing and physician office operations:  Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, checking out patients, collecting copays, requesting records and coordinating patient visits with specialist, entering demographic information, charges and payments into billing software.  3 years of experience is required to support this growing group, currently consisting of 5 physicians and 4 physician extenders.
