We have a brand new position in our UnitedHealth Networks division, and we need a detail-oriented leader to join us this highly visible role. The Manager in this capacity would focus on the following responsibilities:



Performing a wide scope of financial analysis related to hospital and physician contracts


Identifying benchmarks and drivers of costs across our entire physician/hospital network


Collaborating with the network management staff on a variety of contracting and negotiation functions



Solid healthcare experience is required, as is an analytical background in network management and pricing. Experience working with healthcare data, trends and reporting is a must, and contract negotiation experience is preferred. Ideal candidates would have experience in physician/hospital contracting and financial analysis and modeling. PC proficiency is essential. A related Bachelor’s degree is a must.
