Hospital Associate Trainer/Supervisor (Medical Billing)

This position will be located in our Texas Regional Office in Richardson, Texas. This position also requires extensive travel - up to 80%.

Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Hospital Associates and Hearing Screen Billers, the Hospital Associate Supervisor/Trainer is responsible for traveling off-site to provide supervision, training, site coverage and departmental support to the Hospital Associate Manager. These duties include: training of new associates, helping with acquisitions, timely account billing and registration, training of associates on new programs and upgrades, retraining of associates related to poor job performance, and providing site coverage for approved PTO as needed. The Hospital Associate Supervisor/Trainer will also assist the Hospital Associate Manager with the review of reports, creation of new departmental processes, special projects, and yearly performance evaluations. This position requires 75% - 80% travel to fulfill job responsibilities.
