IT Business and Planning Manager

 

Responsible for working directly with the VP/CIO and CFO on the following activities:

 

?  IT Planning for a department that supports 25 hospitals throughout the Midwest, SE and SW.

?  Planning activities related to FTE?s (planning for future needs) and position control.

?  Synch budget and organizational chart using Visio.

?  Financial accounting including project cost and equipment purchases.

?  Work through the budgetary process with CFO.

?  Manage invoices and contracts. Responsible for supervising the A/P and purchase order process ? cross trained to cover these duties.

?  Management of the Receptionist and responsible for assigning front desk coverage for lunch and PDO?s.

?  Building and office management - coordinating activities with Duke; including repairs, cleaning, build-outs, etc.

?  Manage space allocation - assign cubes, manage keys, etc.

?  Work with the Directors to keep the office space neat and clean.

?  Work with the Interior Decorator as required during additional build-outs.

?  Work with the City of Lake Mary in obtaining Certificates of Occupancy.

?  Coordinate building security with the Director of Data Center Operations ? assign security access to new employees.

?  Other duties as assigned.
