Inside & Localized Outside Sales Representative

Summary:

50/50 split:

?  Sell outsourced medical billing management services to target markets within forty five (45) mile radius of PMG?s Pawtucket, RI office location

?  Plan, organize, develop, and facilitate educational seminars for prospective billing target audience

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

?  Tracking of sales activity in sales or client relations management software

?  Updating, maintenance, and inventory management of promotional materials

?  Professional, courteous, and energized oral, written, & presentation communication skills

?  Attendance at trade shows and seminars

?  Ability and eagerness to travel up to sixty-five percent of the time

?  Presentation and discussion regarding product with prospects

?  Preparation and delivery of proposal and contracts

?  Conduct limited on-site assessments of client billing and operational deficiencies

?  Ability to work independently and provide feedback on daily activities to management

?  Needs to have flexibility in schedule in order to complete work/projects

?  Demonstrated ability to create unique leads via direct methods (cold calling)

?  Organization & management of off-site educational seminars including but not limited to:Hotel contract negotiationPromotion, sale, and registration of seminar attendeesCoordination & production of seminar promotional and handout materialsManagement and fulfillment of CEU/CME process with regional and national entities

 

Competencies:

? Self-motivated, directed and organized

? Must have demonstrated record of generating sales by successful cold calling

? MS Windows experience including but not limited to Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Adobe, ACT!, or other CRM

? Ability & willingness to work with limited to no administrative support

? Comfort and eagerness to thrive in commission driven environment

? Ability to hit, preferably exceed, performance targets including quarterly allocation of personal and professional time to independently manage and evaluate such

 

Educational & Work Experience:

? Minimum of four year college degree

? 2+ years of commission oriented sales experience with significant percentage of total compensation derived from commission and bonus

? Physician and/or community health center based market experience preferred
