Advantage Human Resourcing is currently seeking an Insurance Account Manager.

Requirements:

1-2 years commercial lines account management experience in an agency setting.
Good oral and written communication skills
Experience with Applied (TAM) - a plus
Keep informed of all new sales programs
Review, analyze and submit applications to insurance companies. Make recommendations regarding the list to producers
Acquire loss runs
Track loss trends and effect on loss sensitive programs
Maintain current knowledge of underwriting requirements of carriers
