We are in need of a talented individual to fill the role of Insurance Denial Representative. In this position, you will provide resolution to medical claim insurance denials and make outgoing phone calls to insurance companies for payment resolutions.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

? 1 to 2 years experience processing insurance denials

? Medical terminology and medical claim billing knowledge

? Superior customer service skills

? Ability to find and solve problems

? The ability to follow through with ongoing and issues to completion

? Excellent organizational and time management skills

? Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient medical information

? Dependable and reliable
