Internal Auditor II

Harris County Hospital District is one of the largest hospital systems in the country, providing comprehensive medical services to the Houston metropolitan area. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Accounting.  Experience preferred two (2) - five (5) years- as an Auditor- in a large organization.  Assists the Manager of Internal Audit in conducting and supervising audits related to internal controls, revenue, and expenses within departments.  Exhibits professional objectivity in gathering, evaluating and communicating information.  Maintains an attitude of independence and is prudent in the use of confidential information acquired in the course of their duties.  Good analytical skills required.  Must possess good communication skills needed for client interviewing techniques.  Should be motivated to learn.Healthcare experience a plus.  Assists manager in training and developing staff.
