Invoicing Specialist

We have an excellent opportunity for a Invoicing Specialist to join our organization.

 

Responsibilities and qualifications of this position include:

o  Create a large volume of accurate invoices to DDS Lab customers on a daily basis.

o  Ensure that invoices are timed in order to maximize the cash flow and business needs.

o  Ensure that invoices are compliant with DDS Lab accounting rules and pricing guidelines.

o  Assist customers with billing questions.

o  Perform and process account analysis by correcting billing errors and making adjustments as needed.

o  Resolve account discrepancies, disputes and prepare adjustments or credits for approval as necessary.

o  Assist office team with filing, and in the shipping and receiving areas when needed.

 

Education and Requirements:4-5 years accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be flexible and able to work varying hours (particularly during the month-end and the year-end close) Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment. Customer friendly disposition for both internal and external customers. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Self motivated, well organized, have a strong attention to detail, and able to analyze customer accounts.
