AAI is currently recruiting for the following positions:

?Group Client Liaison

The Client Liaison is involved with planning to effectively meet the business needs of AAI clients.? They will work directly with practice accounting staff and with billing/collections staff to research client issues, prepare practice management reports and perform financial analysis.? At times the Client Liaison may function as an advocate for client groups with various AAI departments/operations.? They will also assist clients with their insurance needs and represent AAI at client meetings.? Primary contact between AAI and assigned client practice groups.?

?Charge Processing Supervisor

The Charge Processing Supervisor will work with a staff of fifteen to twenty employees and will be responsible for oversight of charge processing. This will include: hiring, training and development, team building, directing and reviewing of assigned staff. Included within this is ensuring team and corporate policies and procedures are followed and quality and productivity standards are met. Supports client physicians as needed. Working knowledge of ICD-9, CPT4 and ASA codes, and associated modifiers. Accreditation with the American Academy of Professional Coders, or AHIMA preferred.? Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills required.

?Collection Supervisor

The Collection Supervisor will work with a staff of five to ten employees and will be responsible for oversight of collections. This will include: hiring, training and development, team building, directing and reviewing of staff. Included within this is ensuring team and corporate policies and procedures are followed and quality and productivity standards are met. Supports client physicians as needed. Must have knowledge of generally accepted collection procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills required.

?Account Representative III

The Account Representative III will have responsibilities of collecting outstanding balances due from insurance, conduct follow-up with insurance companies on denied and rejected claims, and follow-up on non-payment of claims. This position will be responsible for processing mail received from physicians, insurance companies and patients regarding outstanding accounts, and will initiate adjustments and refunds. Candidates must possess a strong working knowledge of generally accepted collection procedures and insurance reimbursement practices.
