We seek a motivated professional to harness his/her business analysis skills and work on high-profile quality improvement projects in our fast-paced Transactions department. Key responsibilities include:
Working on multiple Six Sigma Black Belt projects to facilitate the improvement of our overall financial and operational performance
Monitoring and analyzing business performance through scorecards, metrics and trends
Identifying opportunities for improvement and root causes for issues
Maintaining positive business relationships with various internal groups, segments and management personnel
Developing and implementing business strategies and related project plans and tactics
Staying current with customer needs and changes in business-client relationships



Business analysis experience is required, and insurance experience is an asset. We strongly prefer a candidate with a Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or higher. Solid proficiency with MS Office applications is essential, and a Bachelor’s degree is a must.
