Capstone, offers a full array of services to hospital-based physicians, medial offices and other healthcare professionals. Capstone handles end-to-end outsourcing of integrated financial management services including medical billing, receivables recovery and practice management for clients, thereby allowing providers to concentrate on patient care. We are a well respected company with a solid reputation in our industry for delivering exceptional results to our clients.

 

We are seeking several experienced individuals in our central billing office located near Tampa International Airport to assist us in accelerating insurance company payments for several major clients. The individuals selected will help to resolve unpaid insurance claims by investigating and correcting billing errors and other conflicts that prevent timely and proper payments from insurance carriers; reviewing and handling correspondence from insurance carriers regarding but not limited to partially paid, suspended or denied claims; and appealing wrongly denied or improperly paid claims.

 

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE RQUIREMENTS:

□ High school diploma or GED;

□ Certification in Medical Coding & Insurance Billing is highly desirable;

□ Solid writing, verbal communication and presentation skills;

□ Twor or more years related work experience;

□ Current knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding;

□ Ability to interpret EOBs and effectively appeal improperly denied claims; and

□ Demonstration of ongoing personal development and growth.
