MEMBERSHIP ADMINISTRATOR I (JOB # 13884)
Burlington, WA

Provide customer service in the following role:
Establish and maintain eligibility, bill premium, reconcile cash, pursue aged accounts and provide eligibility and billing related customer service for Individual, Group, Government Programs, Cobra and Flexible Spending business

Combine your accounting and customer service experience with the following skills:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year accounts receivable or customer billing experience or an equivalent combination of education and job-related work experience
30 wpm keying skills, 10-key by touch
Strong math skills and other resources to implement effective problem solving
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable
Must be able to exercise judgment, initiative and discretion in confidential mature and sensitive manner
Effective communication skills both orally and in writing
Ability to establish effective working relationships with staff and customers
PC experience - Word, Excel and Lotus Notes - or comparable software - and ability to learn and use complex systems
