Manager of Pediatric Administration-

 

Status: Full-time


Manager of Pediatric Administration is a senior level professional responsible for the overall management and administration of the central business office within the Department of Pediatrics and the Pediatrician-in Chief (PIC) Division of The Children?s Hospital. The Manager of Administration will coordinate policies and procedures and oversee the implementation of administrative functions for all programs within the Department. The Manager will have authority over the business affairs, funds and resources of the assigned departments and cost centers.

 

This position requires a Bachelors degree in a business, finance, or healthcare related field.  Requires a minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a healthcare environment, with an emphasis on day-to-day business and administrative operations. Candidate must have effective interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, ability to prioritize and follow through, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, advanced systems knowledge, independent self starter. Previous supervisory experience required.
