If you are a marketing professional experienced with account management, developing and executing marketing plans and coordinating special events, we have a position waiting for you within our newly expanded Corporate Marketing/Communications Department.
In this role you will assume immediate responsibility for:
Project management, program planning and implementation of marketing and communications initiatives for specific service lines and operations. Acting as a departmental and organizational expert in a given service line and market area. Performing market research and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge; including market share, the competitive landscape, industry and clinical/technological trends; understanding market challenges and identifying market opportunities, making appropriate recommendations.Developing and implementing top-notch marketing plans, processes, tools and technologies to optimize customer relationships, building market share and brand awareness. Overseeing creative elements of marketing campaigns to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy, brand consistency and adherence to graphic identity standards. Ensuring deliverables according to given timeframes and budgets. Leading marketing and communications teams to optimize awareness and growth opportunities, providing synergies between the department?s seven communications management categories.Analyzing marketing effectiveness based upon strategies and tactics utilized, target audience, messaging, and related response rates; making and implementing changes to improve performance. Providing mentoring and motivation to marketing specialists, finding ways to increase their efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.Minimum seven years progressively responsible experience in account management in an agency or in-house marketing department.Demonstrated experience and successes in marketing, branding, creative development and media; as well as the implementation of multidimensional marketing and communications plans.Strong project management skills, from developing project plans, overseeing creative development and approvals, to implementation and reporting, with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent strategic, analytical, problem solving and planning skills.Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, and to multitask in a rapidly changing environment.
