Medical Biller/Collector-Insurance Follow Up Representative
Marina Medical Billing Service, Inc., located in Cerritos, CA is seeking qualified Insurance Follow-Up Representatives. Marina Medical is convenient to both Los Angeles and Orange County.
Marina Medical Billing Service is an industry leader that has provided excellence in Billing for Emergency Medicine since 1981. Marina has a nationwide client base.
The responsibilities for this position include: Reviewing agings, answering patient phone calls, involvement in appeals and claim status with insurance companies, keeping accurate patient accounts, reviewing accounts, and other responsibilities as needed.
Qualified candidates must have a H.S. Diploma/GED, must be able to problem solve, multi-task and use copy and fax machines. Two years of Insurance Follow-Up experience is required with knowledge of insurance company procedures. Great communication skills is needed. AS400 is a plus.
