Medical Billing Representative

Department Urology Job Posting Description Bills patient and insurance for medical services, handles referrals, insurance eligibility and conducts claim follow up and collections.
Serves as resource person for department staff on questions regarding billing and claims issues. Works as a member of a team on coordinating the effective billing and collections for department services. Follows up on selected third party insurers.

2 to 3 years of experience in medical billing/patient collections required. Any experience with Harvard and Tufts Insurances, and familiarity with WEBMD and Nehenlite is a plus!
