Accounts Receivable Specialist (Collections)

The Collection Coordinator's job duties will consist of collecting on HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurances. Responsiblities include, but are not limited to the following:
Following up with insurance companies on open dates of service to determine why claims have not been paid.
Trend denials and offer suggested solutions to Management.
Follow up on denials and rejections from insurance companies to ensure payment of submitted claims.
