Medical Insurance Billing Manager

Excellent FT opportunity working for reputable healthcare facility in central SC.  Responsible for leading and developing a staff of 30-40 with billing resolution troubleshooting, client follow-up, scheduling, and training with the ultimate goal of exceeding quality and production standards for the billing department. Running and interpreting multiple reports in Windows-based system to monitor metrics and use measurement data to improve processes.  

 

Qualified candidates will bring a minimum of 5 years of insurance billing experience in a healthcare environment in addition to 3-5 years of management experience leading large groups of employees to success. Microsoft proficiency necessary to be successful in this position.

 

$45,000 - $50,000 salary range and excellent benefits package.
