Medical Office Front-desk

Our busy and expanding OB-GYN office conveniently located at the Trinity Medical Center of Carrollton has an immediate opening for a full-time  front-desk personnel.

 

Job responsibility include:

-Administration of the front office

-Answering phones

-Patient scheduling, check-in and check-out

-Insurance benefit verification and authorization

-Patient data entry and billing

-patient payment processing

-Medical chart handling

 

The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills who is compassionate and patient-friendly. The candidate must be able to handle multi-task and have excellent organization skills.

 

The ideal candidate must be familiar with insurance policy and medical terminology. The candidate who has 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in a physician's office is preferred. Experience with Medisoft is a plus.

 

We are looking for a team player as well as a team leader who is career-oriented and has long-term goal for this profession.
